Terms & Conditions & Coaching Agreement
Faith Statement: Quiet Time Coaching is rooted in the belief that Scripture is God-breathed, essential for daily life for the Christ follower, and deeply impactful in how we reflect and share the hope in Jesus Christ with the world. This coaching experience exists to help individuals engage God’s Word faithfully, consistently, and with grace.
Program Overview: Quiet Time Coaching is a faith-based coaching program designed to support consistency and confidence in personal time alone with God. The program includes step-by-step teaching of the 6-Step Quiet Time Coach Method, four week, 4 one-on-one 30-minute coaching sessions, weekly accountability support, study resources, tracking templates, and practical tools for long-term spiritual growth.
Nature of Coaching: Quiet Time Coaching is not therapy, counseling, pastoral care, or medical advice. The client remains fully responsible for personal spiritual, emotional, and life decisions and the extent of growth the experience during the 4 week period.
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to attend sessions on time, engage honestly, participate respectfully, and take responsibility for their own growth.
Coach Responsibilities: The Coach agrees to provide coaching aligned with Biblical principles, and included all provided in the aforementioned program overview, as stated on lynnnitcher.com/coaching, while creating a respectful and supportive environment.
Scheduling & Sessions: Sessions are scheduled through the provided Calendly link by Lynn Nitcher in the welcome email. Missed sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice and thru the Calendly link. All 4 sessions are intended to be scheduled one week apart.
Payment & Refunds: Payment is due prior to the first coaching call. All sales are final. No refunds are provided for unused sessions.
Confidentiality: Information shared during coaching remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law or risk of harm exists.
No Guarantees: Spiritual growth outcomes vary. No guarantees of specific results are made.
Intellectual Property: All materials and methods remain the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be copied or shared without permission.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Acceptance: I agree to the Quiet Time Coaching Terms & Conditions, by checking the box at check out. I understand this is faith-based coaching, not therapy, and all sales are final.
